How It Works
The Process
Do you want a custom van build but don't know where to start? We've put together a guide to help you know what to expect from a typical van build process. Keep in mind that every build is custom to its owner — price points can vary depending on your wants and needs, since this van build is completely custom to you. The whole process typically takes about 1–3 months. Note that we're open to you bringing us your van, or helping you buy one.
Phase 01
Inquiry
Click on the contact tab and fill out the guest questionnaire form. This will help us have a general idea of what you're looking for in a van. After that, we'll contact you to set up a meeting, either over the phone or in person.
Phase 02
Design & Pricing
We'll discuss the form you submitted in more depth. Here, you can share any mood boards, Pinterest boards, or photos — this helps us see what your style is like and what you're looking for in a van. From there, we'll give you an approximate price point for the build. If you agree with the price point, we'll require a $1,000 deposit that locks in a month to build with us. No worries — this fee goes toward your overall cost of the van build.
Phase 03
Build
Construction begins as we work through each stage of your conversion, from core systems and cabinetry to finishes and final details.
Phase 04
Delivery
Two weeks before the van is completely finished, we'll require the remaining balance. The van becomes available to you once full payment has been made. If picking up the van, please allow a couple of hours for us to give you a full tour of your brand-new home — we'll walk you through every detail and show you how everything works. If we're delivering, a fee applies depending on your location within the states, and we ask that you allow a couple of hours for that in-depth tour after delivery as well.
